IQHoney Ingredients
Ingredients named across versions include Bacopa monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba, Phosphatidylserine, L-Arabinose and others, depending on the source.
Because the formula varies by sales page, only your physical bottle's label is a reliable source for what you're taking.
Every named ingredient, across every version found
Bacopa monnieri
The most consistently named ingredient across different formula versions. A traditional Ayurvedic herb with a comparatively solid modern research base on memory, typically studied at 300-450mg standardized extract daily.
Ginkgo Biloba
Named in the nootropic-style version. Long studied for circulation and cognitive function, though modern systematic reviews describe the evidence as modest and mixed.
Phosphatidylserine
Named in the nootropic-style version. A phospholipid studied for memory support, generally at 100-300mg daily in adult populations.
L-Arabinose, Spermidine, Baobab Fiber
Named in the fiber/prebiotic version. These relate to gut and metabolic health more directly than to brain function; the cognitive connection described on official materials is indirect and, by the brand's own admission, not yet directly studied in humans.
Rhodiola, Huperzia Serrata, Green Coffee Bean
Named in the herbal-stimulant version. Rhodiola has research on stress and fatigue; Huperzia Serrata (source of Huperzine-A) has research on memory at very specific low doses; Green Coffee Bean is more commonly associated with metabolism than cognition.
Why we can't give you one definitive ingredient list
Because the formula itself is inconsistent across sources — see our full formula audit — any single ingredient list we presented as “the” IQHoney formula would be incomplete or potentially inaccurate for your specific order.
What to check on your own bottle
The Supplement Facts panel on your physical bottle is the only reliable source for what you're actually taking. Compare it against what was advertised on the page you ordered from, and keep both records.
